For an Emergency or Crisis:

We understand the importance of consistent support, especially during transitional periods.

Therefore, we have listed helpful resource contact information to ensure you receive the assistance you need in the event of an emergency or crisis after office hours or when your Psychologist is on holidays.

Additionally, our Office Administration is available weekdays to take messages and assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Play-based Therapy
BENNY’S ADVENTURES (4).png

Appointments are filling quickly, so secure your spot today!

This spring, as children embrace new beginnings, Registered Psychologist Paloma Scott is here to help them navigate their worries with warmth and understanding.

Through play-based therapy, she creates a safe and engaging space where children can express their feelings, build confidence, and develop effective strategies to manage anxiety.

Just like Benny the bunny in her new story, little ones will learn that courage grows with support and practice.

If your child could benefit from gentle, therapeutic guidance, we invite you to book a Parent Intake session to discuss your child's needs and the process.
